1 Cup Blueberries

1 Cup Frozen Vanilla Yogurt

1/2 Cup Water

Blend until you get desired consistency. If too thick, add more water.

Triple Berry Smoothie – Strawberry Raspberry Blueberry

Strawberries, Raspberries and Blueberries are all full of antioxidants so why not combine them all in a delicious triple berry smoothie. 1/4 Cup Blueberries

1/4 Cup Raspberries

3/4 Cup Yogurt

3/4 Cup Almond Milk (or milk of choice)

With summer lurking around the corner, watermelons will be everywhere. So why not take advantage of this and make a summertime watermelon smoothie? Watermelons are made up of 90% water and are packed with nutrients so they are perfect for your health. Here is a simple recipe you can try and you can also meal prep with it by placing your fruit ingredients in a Ziploc bag the night before.

6 – 8 chunks of watermelon pieces

1 small sliced banana

1 cup frozen vanilla yogurt

1/2 cup almond milk

Mix these together and you’ll have a delicious summertime watermelon smoothie. Blend until your desired consistency. If it’s not thin enough, add more milk.

12 oz Ocean Spray 100% Grapefruit Juice (or brand of choice)

1 Cup Mango Sorbet

1/2 Cup Pineapple

2 Tbsp Agave Sugar, Honey or Sweetener of Choice (optional)

Place all items in blender and add more grapefruit juice if you are having hard time blending.
