Therefore, we have included this simple banana smoothie recipe that is quick and easy. You can prep it advance or just make it in the morning since it’s very simple to make.
*Should serve up to 2 People*
1 Cup of Yogurt
1/3 Cup of Almond Milk (or milk of choice)
2 Tablespoons of Raw Honey (or sweetener of choice)
Top with Whip Cream (optional)
Garnish with banana slices (optional)
