Watermelons are made up of 90% water and are packed with nutrients so they are perfect for your health. Here is a simple recipe you can try and you can also meal prep with it by placing your fruit ingredients in a Ziploc bag the night before.
6 – 8 chunks of watermelon pieces
1 small sliced banana
1 cup frozen vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup almond milk
Mix these together and you’ll have a delicious summertime watermelon smoothie. Blend until your desired consistency. If it’s not thin enough, add more milk.
